Amazing! It is so SIMPLE! I love to watch it, it kind of grabs my attention. Just after I started using the program I had an idea that I could watch it while riding on my exercise bike. I like how subtle this program is. I have found myself eating less, cooking smaller portions without feelings of wanting more. I have these strange urges to buy things like different fruits and veggies to try them out! I found myself doing crunches while sitting and watching TV! I didn't think about any of these things, I just started doing them! I also find I have a tendency to "power walk" when I am out and about. I don't think about any of this, I just find myself doing it! And the weight is getting into balance! At last!

I just had to write to you again about this great program! I use it all the time, and, well, you won't believe this. I JOINED A GYM! I had been thinking about this for a year, but just never could bring myself to do it. About a week ago, I started having these "urges" to go join up. It wasn't advertising, it was something "inside". So I joined and felt really good about it, have my own trainer now and am working out and getting buff! It came so easily and so naturally to me. Happy Dreams DSPP
WINDOWS/MAC SoftwareI am amazed by this program! I thought I was already having "good dreams" and this program was not really necessary. I downloaded it on a lark. But then, after using it for just a few days, I noticed changes in my sleep. My dreams are AMAZINGLY vivid, so colorful and "life like"! I seem to sleep more deeply and I DO remember my dreams when I awake. More, during the day, I actually can figure out what they mean! I am very impressed!

I have to say this dream program works really well. I was having really bad dreams prior to using your program and found that after a just couple of times of use I was having much better dreams. Now the bad dreams are gone and I think I'm sleeping better as well.

Power Writing DSPP
WINDOWS/MAC SoftwareI had to write to tell you that the DSPPs have been so effective for me. I have three and they are wonderful!
The Healthy Weight and the Power Writing seemed to start working right away - even after the first ever use. The Happy Dreams took a bit longer, perhaps because I've had a very active and colorful dream life to begin with. But it has been improving my dreams, sleep and inspiration from my dreams. Just took longer to 'kick in'.
As for the Power Writing, I find that when I use my Activator Phrase(TM), I have a sort of full-body instant relaxation experience. It's like physically feeling all the tension flowing out of my body. It totally removes all conscious and subconscious blocks and frees up my whole mind to focus on the writing.
What I also find is an improvement of my attitude and confidence in the articles I come up with. I feel much better after finishing a piece for example. When I write creatively, I also find myself much more easily inspired and motivated to begin.
This wonderful program has exactly targeted and met my specific needs. It's absolutely amazing. Thanks so much for your ingenuity and the affordable price of these programs!

Well, now I find I am more focused, and I found myself reading bridge strategy books! I only play for fun with family members, but you know, THEY enjoy playing with me more now. They say I am more challenging. Well, on top of that, when I went to the store the other day, I got an intuitive feeling that I should buy a scratch ticket. I never used to win with those.
