Environmentally Responsible and Friendly
Our products are software and information based, and as such exist almost entirely in the virtual world. With the exception of music CDs (which are also available in digital - MP3 form), they are delivered to our customers through the Internet and their computers, reducing the burden placed upon the earth by packaging and shipping. The advantages to all people is a lower dependency on precious resources, lower costs and immediate delivery of product. We rigorously check our products to be free of viruses and malware. None of our products requires an installation, and none writes information to or collects information from a computer.
We DO NOT sell products in stores-our products are sold only through the Internet from our Web sites. The reason is simple - NO store markup. Buying direct from us eliminates this markup and saves you money. (Click here for more info)
We are a registered business and operate exclusively in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the United States of America. We do not outsource. Our products are American developed, American made, American supported and American delivered to all customers via the Internet.
We accept orders from global customers subject to the trade laws of the United States and the rules of our payment processors: PayPal and Esellerate. Both accept credit cards according to international banking practice and provide customer buyer protection as part of your purchase. Our musical offerings -- Symphonia Felina and Forestdale -- are 100% digital, electronically developed (Synthesizer and Sound Sampler - the XV Orchestra) and follow the rich classical symphonic Western musical tradition, although we often use the sounds of many instruments from around the world. Our sound is eclectic, ranging from very electronic to amazingly life-like orchestral, in wide-pan stereophonic sound. They are offered in standard audio CD format (a cassette of the Symphonia is also available) playable on audio CD players and many DVD players.
Our spiritual enhancement products -- Dream Angel Oracle and Little Angel Messages -- are non-denominational and non-sectarian, drawing from the wisdom of the world's great religions as best we understand them. They are based on the concept of a compassionate, loving and all-embracing Divine Source. We believe that a rich spiritual life adds to the vastness and wonder of the human experience. Our products are designed to uplift the spirit and bring it to a closer union with the Universe and the Divine, whatever you believe that to be. They run on WIN and MAC computers.

Because we believe that humor is a vital and healthy part of the human experience, our books have a healthy sense of humor mixed with serious topics. Our approach is one of friendliness and a celebration of knowledge and ideas. We format them in the popular PDF format which works on a number of platforms, including standard PC (WIN/MAC), pocket PC, Palm, and Symbian.
Our web sites (Clydesight2.0 - the Fun and Games Cat Site, The Gertrude and Eddie Pages, The Clyde Cinema - Featuring the CATZILLA series of movie parodies, The Bryce tutorials, The How to Live With Your Cat Journal) are free to all and entertain and educate on a number of levels, providing instruction ranging from 3-D graphic programs and FAQs about subliminal message techniques, to educational information about cats.
- Our History - ClydeSight Productions started in 1996 as ClydeSight2.0! - the fun and games cat site. It contains cat related stories, games, music and entertainment of a humorous nature, based on the fictional adventures of Clyde Big Paws, the cat.
Within three weeks of Web site launch, Clyde had fans from 14 countries. His first fans were a couple from England and a woman in Iceland who loved the Clyde Gallery. At that time, the site focused on the personality and "normal" experiences of this adorable little cat.
Encouraged by the response, we advanced Clyde into the world of science fiction and gave him his digital name: Clyde Big Paws - Feline Unit 236.8V2 (but you can call him Clyde). To date, no one knows why the cat is named after a software revision - even we don't know!
Clyde's adventures in the sci-fi world included his ground breaking research on Space Aliens (Why Cats Are Superior to Space Aliens), Time Travel Clyde - a "story game" in which Clyde travels throughout history and helps famous historical characters in the Matrix of Alternative Time, and the first installment in the CATZILLA series of movie parodies.
Concurrently, Clyde became famous as the composer of the MIDI Clyde Tunes, musical compositions delivered in the popular MIDI format as incidental music to his many adventures. By this time, in addition to receiving numerous Web site awards from around the world, Clyde had become an international star with over a million visitors. His most popular tune, Lullaby Clyde, was re-arranged and performed by the XV Orchestra. It is available as a free MP3 download to all and is especially popular with parents who want to provide their young children with a soothing yet sophisticated musical experience.
Clyde died in 1997 from renal failure. Thousands of mourners wrote in condolences from the Internet, many asking that ClydeSight 2.0! not die with him.
After a mourning period of several months, Gertrude and Eddie cats came on the scene and re-vitalized the site with their Gertrude and Eddie Pages. But the feline energy wasn't quite the same. It came time for the Web site to grow and start producing products that espoused the compassionate and loving spirit of Clyde, the cat - to realize his legacy. ClydeSight thus expanded into ClydeSight Productions.
Our first products were the "Clyde Catette" - the cassette version of Symphonia Felina and Other Mewsical Masterworks which featured the original performances of the MIDI Clyde Tunes - enhanced as pure audio CD quality music, and the free ebook (featured as a Time Travel Clyde adventure), The Idiocy and the Oddity, a parody of Homer's epic, The Iliad and the Odyssey told from a cat's point of view.
In year 2003 ClydeSight Productions registered as a business with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and began to produce software to help improve the human condition through personal growth.
ClydeSight Productions has thus grown over the years from a simple 15 page web site to a Web Megaplex, hosting several sub-domains and over 1,000 pages.
Clydesight 2.0! continues to be popular and Clyde has fans in 84 countries around the world (see sidebar) -- nations ranging from Iceland and Scotland to Japan and South Africa. Our growth is in response to requests from our many fans and we will continue to grow as long as we are asked. Our door is always open. Welcome to the World of Clyde!

The Independent Sales Solution -
Many people believe that they get a bargain by purchasing from a store. In some cases, this is true, but only with very large volume producers. Stores typically charge the producer 40% or more of the sale price of an item just to carry the product. In-store promotion costs even more, adding to the burden.
Small independent producers must compensate by raising the MSRP (manufacturer suggested retail price).
By selling independently, the small producer does not have to compensate for the store markup or pay store promotion costs. Therefore, small independent producers can remain profitable while offering you, the customer, a fair price and better value.
