Meet The
Authors
Cathrine
Garnell and Tim
Thompson have spent several years
in their individual careers marketing their own products. They
found many books and tools, but there was nothing that taught
the necessary fundamentals of Internet marketing, or strategic marketing geared specifically for the developer of a unique product, the entrepreneurs, artists, musicians, authors, inventors, and software developers who need to successfully market themselves.
While many Internet marketing ebooks offered strategic
Internet marketing ideas and schemes,
the essential basics were simply missing. And worse, some of
these had ridiculous ideas that were actually doomed to failure,
while they claimed it was the "secret" of success. Tim and Cathrine
even tried some of these failing ideas-- to their regret!
A Marketing Feast-
Cooking Up the Foundation of a Successful Internet Marketing
Plan! is their solution to the problem.
It explains the core components of any marketing plan, the
basics that entrepreneurs, artists, musicians, authors, inventors, and software developers need to lock in to start builidng a successful
marketing campaign. And unlike a textbook that glosses over
these concepts, the internet marketing ebook gives readers
HANDS ON experience!
They made the book accessible by
writing it as an ebook in the popular PDF format. They knew
that content is king, and used a new and unique approach--
the recipe format. This gives readers actual marketing experiences
structured like a food recipe- ingredients, preparation and "cooking" -
to demonstrate the marketing concepts explained in the
book. To further engage the reader, they added real food
recipes which actually tie into the concepts they explain!
This is the first book in a series of Internet marketing
ebooks which they call Cooking
Up Customers for Marketing Success.
Cathrine Garnell
Cathrine Garnell graduated from Millers Business College in
Nottingham, UK and went on to pursue a more creative curriculum,
which included Fashion Design, Millinery, Ceramics, Textiles,
Art and Art History. After completing and graduating from her
creative courses, she went on to work in the Export Business

Her love of all animals, especially cats
is very apparent in her writing and after completing her
first published novel, Basil
the Bionic Cat, Cathrine has
actively built up the corresponding web site www.bionicbasil.com.
She has continued to write several other books, and is
currently in the middle of Basil’s
second page turning adventure, which she hopes, time permitting
will be finished early 2006.
She has worked for the past six years as
a Managing Director in the Motor Trade Industry, in-between
fitting in all the marketing for Basil and the web site.
Cathrine is also a contributor to the popular "How
to Live With Your Cat Journal" at ClydeSight2.0!
- the Fun and Games Cat site. She will be working on the second installment
in the near future. She is also working on an exciting new
building project, which she hopes will be her new home one
day!
