Did you include your e-mail
address on the form. We cannot respond without it. Also, check your SPAM
box. SPAM programs don't know if mail is important to you or not, and some

Computer Performance Issues:
I downloaded the MAC version of the Dream Angel Oracle program, but it runs very slowly
and is choppy. What's wrong?
Most MACs (especially those running OSX) have no problems running the
Dream Angel Oracle program. However, older G4's running System 9.x, may have difficulty
running the Dream Angel Oracle program at full speed if another program is running in the
background or if a modem script is in use. You will probably notice this
when you type in a comment for a Dream Angel. The text input will be terribly
slow. If this is the case, shut off the modem script (what you normally use
to get connected the Internet-- this is different from your browser) and
close all other applications while the Dream Angel Oracle program is running. Some Internet
service providers require you to have your modem script running continuously.
If that is the case, contact your provider to learn how to temporarily disable
the modem script.

I downloaded the WIN version of the Dream Angel Oracle program, but it runs very slowly
and is choppy. What's wrong?
Windows machines generally do not have problems with running the Dream Angel Oracle program.
However, some Windows machines run automatic processes in the background
(virus updaters, backup programs and so on). If the Dream Angel Oracle is running slowly
or is choppy, another resource may be using the computer. You will probably
notice this when you type in a comment for a Dream Angel. The text input
will be terribly slow. Look in the START bar for any program that is running.
This could be conflicting with the Dream Angel Oracle program. Also, see the above MAC tip
about some modem scripts. This can affect some Windows machines as well.

I clicked on the link to ClydeSight.com while my Dream Angel Oracle program was running
and nothing happened/my browser opened but nothing happened/it opened a blank
page, etc. What's wrong?
The Dream Angel Oracle program will CALL to the browser when you click on a link. However,
not all browsers know how to respond. Also, depending on your Internet set-up,
your browser may not be able to automatically connect to the Internet. The
Dream Angel Oracle program has been fully tested and works with Firefox and MSIE on Windows
as long as the browsers can automatically make a connection to the Internet.
In MAC OSX, the Firefox browser connects to the Internet and then displays
a blank page. Safari and MSIE in OSX do not have this problem.

Why Does Internet Explorer give me a Security Warning when I download
your program?
This is a security precaution built into that browser. It is simply an
alert to let you know that you are downloading a Windows executable file.
MSIE contains this warning to help you have a safe computing experience.
The Dream Angel Oracle is completely virus free and safe. It is nothing more
than a FLASH projector. MSIE has no way of knowing this-- all it sees is
the .exe extension and decides this is a potential risk, so it advises you
to be careful.

Why do I get
the Security Warning that you are an "Unknown Publisher" and
are not verified by Microsoft?
Microsoft has a method of verifying software publishers to help their
customers. FLASH Projectors are not usually registered or verified with Microsoft.
Your software is completely safe to use, it is nothing more than a FLASH
projector. FLASH projectors are safe, they allow you to run your program
from your desktop on both Windows and MAC machines without needing a plug-in
or browser.

Why do you use a FLASH projector? Why not just a FLASH file (i.e. an .swf)
that plays inside a browser?
This is a very large file by
FLASH standards because of the response engine, graphics and other features
of the presentation (the music files alone take up a huge amount of space).
It is over 9 MB in size. The size is too big for efficient browser display,
especially on dial up modems which can take up to 8 minutes to get the complete
file each time you want to use it. Streaming is not an option with this program.
Hence, the program that you download includes its own FLASH projector. ClydeSight
Productions did extensive research and testing of the program, and the FLASH
projector was the ideal solution for everybody. It also allows you to use
the program whenever you want it without opening a browser, connecting to
the Internet or using the Flash Plug-in. It is completely self contained!

Do I need to have Adobe/Macromedia's FLASH to run the Dream Angel Oracle?
No, the program is contained within its own FLASH projector. All you need
to do is click and launch the program.

Do I need to be on the Internet to use the Dream Angel Oracle?
No, the program is self-contained and does not use a browser. However,
it has two links to Web sites which will launch your browser if you click
on them. The Dream Angel Oracle will wait in the background while you are
on the Internet. When you want to use the Oracle again, just go to the main
menu (click on the Main Menu button).

Do I need extra memory or a special processor to run the Dream Angel Oracle?
No. The program runs on most modern computers with ease. However, on older
systems with slower processors, the animations may be slow or a bit choppy.
The program makes efficient use of memory, so you don't need anything special.

How do I view the program in Full Screen Mode?
The Adobe/Macromedia Flash Projector has a menu bar. Look under VIEW and
choose Full Screen (not ZOOM). The program will expand to fit your screen.
To return to the normal mode, press the ESC key on your keyboard. When in
Full Screen mode the images may look a bit jaggy and the program may run
a little more slowly.
You can also use the window expansion zoom box that is standard for WIN
and MAC machines.

Using
the Program:
Why do I have to click in a type box before typing?
This is the only way to tell the computer what you are doing. The program
needs to know that your keystrokes are for communication purposes and not
keyboard shortcuts. Clicking in the type box dedicates your keyboard to typing
a message until you click elsewhere.

I am deaf. Can I use the program easily?
Sure. The only sound is the musical background, which is for entertainment
and inspiration only. Everything else appears on screen.

Why would I want to have a conversation with three angels (or five) instead
of one?
The 1 Angel Conversation is a type of one-on-one experience with a specific
angel. The 3-Angel Conversation and the 5 Angel Conversation are conferences
where several angels simultaneously respond to your question.

Why can't I choose a specific Angel to work with?
The Dream Angel Oracle uses the model of dream time. Dreams are spontaneous,
you never know what's ahead, who will appear-- that's part of the experience.
The Dream Angels are just as spontaneous.
However, there is a way to choose an Angel for the 1 Angel Conversation.
Watch the Oracle Orb in the
Main Menu. As soon as an Angel appears that you want to converse with IMMEDIATELY
click on the "1 Angel Conversation" text
button. The Angel will remain for your conversation.

Sometimes, the responses I get don't make any sense!
This depends on your level of interpretation. The Dream Angel responses
are Oracular, and look beyond the immediate and mundane to give you a bigger
picture viewpoint. Sometimes it is hard to see as the Angels do. If you think
about the response though, you'll usually discover how applicable it is.
Just as dreams require interpretation, so do most Oracular responses.

are very important because they focus thinking in a new and positive direction.

Why do the Dream Angels look so different from each other?
The Dream Angels are special artistic creations based on dream time and
dream imagery. We have included a few traditional looking Angels, but most
of them are abstract and colorful to stimulate your imagination and dream
space.

Why is there so much music that constantly changes?
Music is a language very close to dream language. You should consider
the music as another form of conversation from the Dream Angels. It changes
constantly as a stimulation and as appropriate to your question and experience.

Can I just get a print out of the responses? They are such loving affirmations
and advice!
Sort of. The responses are
designed as guidance and the program DOES NOT print
the pages very well because of the structure of the files. However,
you can print out a page using the print function of the Flash player for
each "screen" that interests
you. But... we have a better method that will have more meaning for you.
We suggest that you keep a journal or pad of paper by you when you use
the program and write down your thoughts to put into practice. This will
also help you clarify in your mind the guidance and maybe ask additional
questions of the Angels.
