Time Travel Clyde
Wait! Don't Go.
Clyde gives credit
where credit is due.
Before you leave, please read about some wonderful Internet friends YOU will
want to get to know. These kind folks gave Clyde written permission to use their
images in his Time Travel game.
At the time this game was created, all the links were active. But, people change
their sites a lot, so if a link does NOT work for you, please contact Clyde so he
can fix the problem. Thanks!
If you're not interested, scroll to the bottom of
the page for the navigation icons.
Zeus and Clyde
You can learn more about Zeus, Hera and Ares from:
http://www-lib.haifa.ac.il/www/art/mythology_westart.html
(Thanks for the images!)
Aquarius figures prominently in western art. Unfortunatley, Clyde couldn't get permission
to use any images from western art, so he created one himself. Now, Aquarius figures
prominently in western AND Clyde art. Lucky Aquarius.
The star map of Canis Major was also created by Clyde for much the same reason. But,
if you are interested in constellations, just go to your favorite search engine and
type in "Constellations". You'll find Canis Major and Sirius posted on
a number of sites.
And, for a really interesting experience, go to the NASA
site and jump on board SkyView. If you can figure out how it works, you get to be
an astronaut! (Not really, just a starship captain).
Elizabeth R and the Spanish Armadillo
The images of Elizabeth R and the Spanish Armada came from the CD "British
Literature: Shakespeare's London" released by Zane Publishing, Inc. Their CD
lisiting can be found at:
http://www.realtime.net/~acs/powercd.htm
(Thanks for the images!)
Clyde didn't use an image from here, but this is an excellent place to learn about
Queen Elizabeth I. Check it out!

(Informative site!)
Find out all the facts about Sir Walter Raleigh at: http://www.luminarium.org/renlit/ralegh.htm
(Thanks for the image!)
You like armadillos? Then check out:

(Thanks for the images!)
MIDI Clyde Tunes appear courtesy of Clyde and a bunch of almost incomprehensible
music software. The fact that it works at all is a technological miracle.
Frankenstein Meets Clyde
To learn more about Mary Shelly, click here: GO
MARY!
(This is also where Clyde got the picture of Mary for the story. Thanks!)
To learn more about Ingolstadt, that toddlin' town, click here:
GO INGOLSTADT!
(This is where Clyde got the pictures of the town and university. Thanks!)
AND, to learn even MORE (you want to, don't you?) use the power of the Internet!
Go to Alta Vista, a great search engine, and try the following searches
(use the quote marks, or the search engine will get confused)
"Mary Shelley"
"Frankenstein"
"Ingolstadt"
That will get you loads of sites to visit,
and take you on your own great Internet adventure. Happy Surfin'!
Thomas Edison Meets Clyde
Clyde and the Virtual Future
This adventure mentions Frankenstein. Frankenstein is actually a 19th century
gothic novel. If you've only seen the movies, you're missing the TRUE story as it
was written by the 19-year old author, Mary Shelly. You can read this classic novel
on-line. She'd appreciate that. Click on the link below to find out what REALLY happened,
and who was really the monster. (Hint: It wasn't Clyde.)

(Some of the best products around, and a BIG site.)
