The Vintage Tape Recorder Hall Of Fame virtual tape recorder museum is hosted by ClydeSight Productions.
It is managed by Tim Thompson and Skip Murray (shown here bringing a very heavy SONY TC558 stereo tape recorder onto the bench for restoration).
Tim Thompson is the founder of the Vintage Tape Recorder Hall of Fame. It has been his dream to create a museum dedicated to the vintage cassette and reel to reel machines he has loved all his life. He has been preserving and restoring such vintage tape recorders for 40 years. He is also the museum's Videographer and Restoration Manager. Skip Murray is the co-founder and inspiration for the Vintage Tape Recorder Hall of Fame. It was his idea to build this virtual museum. He has an avid interest in audio technology and photography.
