Ten Tips For Healthy
The basic philosophy behind your Healthy
Weight Diet DSPP program is simple. We view the human body as a healthy,
cooperative, integrated, self-maintaining system of organs designed for high
quality and extended life.
We view the brain as the most important
organ in the body. We consider the mind a healthy process of brain activity
that constantly maintains and regulates the body in the best way possible.

tuning and maintaining balance.
No one knows exactly what the mind is, or its full capability.
The unconscious mind, by definition, is unknown. We do however receive clues
through unconscious modes of expression, such as intuition, impulse, feelings
and dreams. The full capabilities of the mind can only be guessed at. It
makes logical sense to assume that it is designed and functions for the best
health of the body. It would be self-destructive to do otherwise, and nothing
in nature is inherently self-destructive.
Whether you are using diet pills or on any
of the current diet regimens (Atkins, Gylcemic, etc.), your Healthy Weight

1. Keep Realistic Expectations

yourself out and expecting the impossible. Remember that what we see on TV
and in magazines is designed to allure us, the images do not necessarily
offer the best things for us. You need to be who you are. Know that your

allow it to do what it knows how to do. Over expectation will result in disappointment
and possible failure to use the program, which then defeats its purpose.
2. Celebrate Your Unique Individuality
Every body is different. We are all individuals, and
one size does not fit all. We are unique with unique needs. Your own unconscious
mind knows what is the best and ideal weight for you. It knows your body,
your muscle mass, your need for body fat (yes, some body fat is required)
your life style, your stress, your activity. Your unconscious mind will change
your body weight to that which is ideal for you, NOT what statistics say
is ideal. You are not a statistic, so be careful of reports and charts that
tell you what you should be. These are very general and do not address your
individuality. Your unconscious mind does. Trust the gift of unconscious
power you were born with. It has been taking care of you for all of your
life. Now that you are working with it, it can increase effectiveness to
3. Use Your Imagination
Visualization is a great tool for achieving success.
If we see ourselves in a certain way, we tend to act and look that way. So
use your imagination to your advantage. Find a picture of an individual who
has the weight, appearance and muscle tone that you would like to achieve.
Try and find someone in your age group (different age groups have different
weight requirements—nature has good reasons for this). Clip out their
picture. If it is a picture of a statue or drawing of idealized beauty, that's
fine too. If you are artistic and want to draw an image of your ideal self,
that's also a great approach.
If age is a concern, remember that, just like fine wine,
people improve with age! Age is not a disease, it is the accumulation of
experience. Many people of many ages are very beautiful and healthy. Never
let the allure of youth confuse you or lead you to self-defeat. You can be
the healthiest and youngest 70 year old anyone has ever met!
Have your image on hand when you are about to use your
Healthy Weight DSPP program. Just before starting a session, look at the
picture. Allow your desire to look like that person, to have the same trim
and fit body, to come forth. You don't want to be that person, you want to
have the healthy body that person appears to have.
While you watch your Healthy Weight DSPP program, keep
the picture in your mind. Let your mind wander -- you do not have to concentrate
at all on the program, just look at the screen. As long as your eyes SEE
the words of the subliminal messages, you are doing fine.
Imagine looking at yourself in the mirror and seeing
your own body as trim and fit as the one in your picture. Do this as much
as feels good or as you are able, and don't worry about it. This gives your
unconscious mind a type of "blueprint". Because it knows what you
need to match the image, your inner mind will gently and gradually get you
to do what is necessary to "build" your body accordingly.
Don't worry about thoughts like "I'll never look like that". Let
them come up and don't argue with them, but don't dwell on them either. The
positive and affirming messages of your Healthy Weight DSPP program are countering
such thoughts automatically.
4. Be Prepared for Unexpected Changes
Nature works in its own way, which is not necessarily
the way we expect it to. You can plant flowers and sit and wait for them
to grow. Weeks may pass while you see nothing happening. Then one morning,
you go to your garden and it is in full bloom. Nature follows its own time

increase; it is a temporary shift that indicates a change in your body.
Think of it like a room you are redecorating.You have
all your "stuff" in

have more stuff than you started out with. But then comes the yard sale,

is in its place. For a while, the room will look like a complete mess because
everything is being changed. Things may pile up in one area, while another
is empty, being painted, cleaned, and so on. BUT eventually you get everything
sorted out and rearranged the way you like, and you see the result of your
work: a new and attractively arranged room.

the same thing with your body. It is rearranging things. This may show a
temporary increase in weight! Muscle mass is very dense and heavy. So if
you are building up muscle mass, your weight is going to increase! It isn't

mean skinny. It means being at your best.
5. Enjoy the "Strange" Changes You Will
Notice in Your Life Style and Habits

discover that your behavior around food has changed. You will also notice
that you didn't plan this; it just happened. This is the unconscious
power at work!
For example, you may one day come to the realization
that you are consuming less sugar. You may realize that you are only putting
one spoon of sugar in your coffee, or may have developed a distaste for sweetness.
If you were into cookies, you may find yourself buying packages of cookies,
only to leave them unopened in the cupboard. You may have really wanted those
cookies when you bought them, and were sure you were going to eat them. But

Or you may be in the grocery store, and something like
broccoli looks tremendously attractive to you. It never did before, but you
have this crazy interest in it and so you buy it. You may discover yourself
eating foods you never liked before, and now you suddenly really enjoy them.
You may also see other changes in your life, as your unconscious mind uses
food in a healthy way. You may find that when you are upset, you sit down
and have a good cry. You may say to a friend "I don't understand it, I never used to cry like
this." You may even stop eating ice cream when you are depressed!
That's the unconscious power following the affirmations
of your Healthy Weight DSPP. You may also find yourself dancing, running,
walking and doing other physical activities that you never did before. You
didn't plan it, you just started doing it. That's the unconscious power activated
by your Healthy Weight DSPP.
These "strange" events are different for everybody, and they do
take time to notice. But you will notice them and wonder. There's no need
to wonder, it's a natural result of your changing your life through the power
of unconscious thinking guided by your Healthy Weight DSPP. Enjoy the strange,
it is your measure of progress!
6. Avoid Naysayers
A lot of people who mean well do less well than they
mean. Some are very determined about this. They may feel they are experts
or that expert advice that works for them must work for you. The saying goes, "The
road to hell is paved with good intentions." We all know people who,
through the best of intentions, cause tremendous harm.
We have to avoid these “naysayers”, or help them learn how to
behave better. Some people believe that criticism is a good way to encourage
you. Where they get this idea is a mystery. Be careful.
You are on your own path. Only you can follow your way.
If someone criticizes you or tries to make you doubt yourself, stay true
to yourself and your own intuition. You know you are making progress, they
only have expectations. Whenever anyone says something critical or makes
you doubt yourself, tell them:
"I appreciate that you are trying to help me. I must follow my own path.
I know what I am doing. Please leave me alone and allow me to achieve my

so don't let them tell you how to do it. Your own wonderful unconscious and
conscious mind knows what you need to take care of yourself. Trust yourself;
it's your life.
7. Be Prepared for Feelings of Happiness
As you work with your Healthy Weight DSPP program, a
subtle and unique process will begin to occur. You will find yourself becoming
happier, more relaxed, more confident. It won't happen instantly. These feelings
will however increase gradually. Some may notice, and some may try to take
you down. Don't let them. The happiness is not artificial euphoria. What
is happening is that you are becoming healthier and more empowered. This
automatically results in happiness, because it is what we, as human beings,
are designed to be.
8. Be Prepared for New Attractions
As you change yourself, you are going to be a different
person, the person you want to be. Yes, you are changing to your ideal, healthy
weight, and this is going to show in many subtle ways. Others will notice.
You may find that people who have ignored you in the past are developing
a positive interest in you. You may find that strangers are looking at you
and smiling, or even store clerks are friendlier and more cooperative. Look
for little things. It's these that count. This is to be expected, because
you will be doing something they like. You will be exuding your confidence
and your happiness. You won't notice it -- it is so subtle -- but you will
be smiling a lot more, you'll have a sparkle in your eye, you'll act like
an attractive person because you are working to make yourself more attractive.
So others will be attracted to you naturally. Enjoy it!
9. Get Ready to Glow
You may have heard the phrase, "A healthy glow".
This is a natural part of a healthy life. As you work with your Healthy Weight
DSPP, your eating habits will change, your food preferences will change,
and your body is going to reflect that. Your skin tone will change (in fact,
the skin reflects the health of the body, so healthy changes in your skin
mean healthy changes in you) and you will start to "glow". You
may notice this when you look in the mirror. People around you may notice
it. It may not be consistent, but at times someone may ask "What are
you on? You're glowing!" Psychics call this “glow” our "aura".
It isn't a phenomenon, it is a natural outward indication of internal health
and well being. Just as a healthy dog or cat has a shiny and beautiful coat,
so we humans have a skin that shows when we are in good health. When we are
at our optimal healthy weight, we are in better health. In fact, you may
find yourself, if you use makeup, using less of it. It may start to look
artificial. No surprise there, it is artificial-- meant to enhance features
that can naturally be enhanced themselves.
10. Notice a New Attitude
As your Healthy Weight DSPP works for you (actually,

will probably come to notice a change in your attitude toward life. When
we are not as physically healthy as we could be, our mental attitude tends
